Any such additional terms will form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Eagle Express UK reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Site, and continued use after such changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eagle Express UK aims to ensure that all information displayed on the Site is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that the Site will be free from errors or omissions. Content may occasionally include inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, or outdated information.
Product measurements such as weight, size, and volume are approximate. While we make every reasonable effort to display product colours accurately, variations may occur due to individual screen settings, and we cannot guarantee an exact colour match upon delivery. Content on the Site may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at our discretion. We do not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free from viruses or harmful elements. With regard to cabin luggage or carry-on items, we endeavour to align product guidance with current airline requirements. However, airline and airport regulations vary and may change, and Eagle Express UK cannot be held responsible for differences in individual airline policies.
Product Details
We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices shown on the Site are accurate. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or fully up to date. If an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and either amend your order accordingly or cancel it.
Pricing and VAT
The price payable for any product is the price displayed on the Site at the time you place your order. This price will be confirmed in the order confirmation email sent to you. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. There are no hidden fees.
VAT is charged at the applicable rate and will be clearly itemised on your invoice or statement.
If a pricing or delivery charge error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then choose to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel it. If you cancel, any amounts already paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Online Orders
To place an order on the Site, you will need to:
Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your basket.
Enter your delivery address.
Provide billing details and payment information.
Review your order carefully, including product details and total cost (including delivery charges), before submitting.
After submitting your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your items are dispatched, at which point a legally binding contract is formed. Until dispatch, Eagle Express UK reserves the right to decline or cancel an order. If payment has already been taken for an order that is not accepted, a full refund will be issued.
Returns
For detailed information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns Policy. Generally, products may be returned or exchanged within the specified timeframe, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Formation of Contract
No contract of sale exists between you and Eagle Express UK until your order has been dispatched. All content on the Site is provided as an invitation to treat and does not constitute an offer. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to reject orders, in whole or in part, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Inaccurate or unverifiable billing information
Orders flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent
Failure to receive payment within the required timeframe
Suspected resale activity
Pricing or product description errors
Inability to deliver to the provided address
Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Delivery
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe stated in your order confirmation. These timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, any additional costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us with your order or customer reference number. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund for the affected items, or you may agree to an alternative delivery date. If delivery is not completed within the agreed extended period, you will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Delivery Locations and Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or military APO addresses.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed through our Site (https://uk.eagleexpress.co/) are delivered within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Eagle Express UK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Site may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
