1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You may cancel and return most online purchases within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Include all labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.

3. How to Return

Email us at customer.service@eagleexpress.com with:

• Order number
• Item(s) to return
• Reason (optional under UK law)

We’ll respond with return instructions and address.

4. Return Shipping

• Change of mind: You are responsible for return postage.
• Faulty/damaged/wrong items: We cover full return costs.

5. Refunds

• Processed within 14 days after item is received and inspected.
• Refunds go to original payment method.
• Deductions may apply if items are returned damaged or incomplete.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

You have the right to:

• A full refund within 30 days if item is faulty
• A repair or replacement after 30 days and up to 6 months
• If repair fails, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction
